How it works

For every photo donated, Johnson & Johnson gives $1 US US to the American Diabetes Association. That $1 US US will help send kids to Diabetes Camp where they are surrounded by other kids just like them. Camp is a place where kids with diabetes gain confidence, learn how to better manage their disease, make friends and have fun. A photo will help give this life-changing experience to more children living with diabetes. It takes 1,496 photos to send one child to Diabetes Camp.

The American Diabetes Association fights for those affected by diabetes and funds research to prevent, cure, and manage the disease. In communities nationwide, the Association delivers educational programs and provides useful information to people of all ages. Diabetes Camps allow kids to have a great time participating in traditional camp activities while connecting with other children who face the same challenges. Health care professionals oversee daily diabetes care and help campers learn to live successfully with their disease.

You can donate a photo to one cause, once a day. For every photo donated to the American Diabetes Association, Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. gave $1 to that cause. Photo donations to the Association ended on December 15, 2016. The Association will receive $30,000.
