How it works

For every photo you donate, Johnson & Johnson gives $1 US to DoSomething.org. That $1 US provides materials for a young person to make a birthday card for a homeless child. It takes 1 photo to give a homeless child a happier birthday.

DoSomething.org makes the world suck less. One of the largest orgs for young people and social change, our 2.5 million members tackle campaigns that impact every cause, from poverty to violence to the environment to literally everything else. Any cause, anytime, anywhere.

This fall, our members will make birthday cards for children experiencing homelessness. About 3 million people in the US deal with homelessness every year. 40% of those are families, and 1 out of every 6 are younger than six years old. Your photo will allow our young people to make heartfelt handmade cards, to make these children's birthdays a little happier.
