How it works

For every photo you donate, Johnson & Johnson gives $1 US to PFLAG on behalf of the CARE WITH PRIDE™ program. That $1 US helps PFLAG provide resources and materials for an anti-bullying session held at a school, to help keep schools safe and protect all children from being bullied. It takes 1 photo to help protect one child from bullying.

Bullying affects everyone. Half of all children are bullied at some point during their school years, including 90% of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender (LGBT) youth. PFLAG—founded in 1972 with the simple act of a mother publicly supporting her gay son—is the original family and ally organization, made up of parents, family members, friends, and allies united with LGBT people to move equality forward.

PFLAG has more than 400 chapters and 200,000 supporters crossing multiple generations of American families in major urban centers, small cities and rural areas in all 50 states.

PFLAG is one of the non-profit charitable partners included in this year’s CARE WITH PRIDE™ program.  With our CARE WITH PRIDE™ initiative, Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies seeks to raise awareness about the negative impact of bullying on the overall health and well-being of our youth, with particular emphasis on cultivating respect and equality for all families.
