How it works

For every photo you donate, Johnson and Johnson gives $1 US to Red Nose Day. Money raised goes to the Red Nose Day Fund which supports programs that ensure children in need are safe, healthy and educated in America and around the world. Half the money distributed will be spent right here in America across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. The other half will be spent in some of the poorest communities in Latin America, Asia and Africa. It takes 10 photos to provide a child in need in the US and in some of the poorest countries with essential immunizations to protect against deadly childhood diseases.

Red Nose Day drives positive change through the power of entertainment. It’s about making it fun to come together to raise money and awareness for children who need our help the most, in America and around the world. Our mission is to end child poverty –one nose at a time.

Red Nose Day returns Thursday, May 24th. Americans across the country come together wearing their Red Noses, fundraising, and tuning in to NBC for a special night celebrating Red Nose Day.
