Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award®-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.
We see a future where the possibilities, opportunities and dreams are the same for all youth, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At The Trevor Project, we’re determined to end suicide among LGBTQ youth by providing life-saving and life-affirming resources including our nationwide, 24/7 crisis intervention lifeline, digital community and advocacy and educational programs that create a safe, supportive and positive environment for everyone.
The Trevor Project is one of the non-profit charitable partners included in this year’s CARE WITH PRIDE™ program. With our CARE WITH PRIDE™ initiative, Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies seeks to raise awareness about the negative impact of bullying on the overall health and wellbeing of our youth, while cultivating respect and equality for all families.
