Launched in 1992, Bridge to Employment (BTE) is a Johnson & Johnson initiative that prepares youth for brighter futures in health care through partnership with FHI 360’s National Institute for Work and Learning. Partnering with FHI 360, a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways, the BTE is working in more than 65 communities worldwide to help prepare the world’s youth for a brighter future. Through academic enrichment activities, career readiness and exploration opportunities, and higher education preparation, BTE inspires young people from disadvantaged communities to stay in school, excel academically, and elevate their career aspirations in the health care industry.
